Managing Director

Femi is a co-founder of Bluelabs LLC, and has served as its CEO since inception. He is integral to the spirit and spunk of the company. Having been involved with the bulk of the company's work since its founding, he continues to operate as a hands on CEO maintaining the integrity of the agency's creative output. 
 
Additionally, as a co-founder he acts as a new business and client services executive for several clients.
 
Next to brand strategy projects, Femi has a special interest in the use of interactive media as a new wave in marketing. As director of Bluelabs Femi is responsible for People & Organization and coordinates marketing initiatives.

Jay could be described as a ‘creative suit’ if you would permit the term.

Prior to Bluelabs, he held senior management positions within smaller independent agencies and design shops in lagos.  He has over nine  years experience creative development and has been responsible for creating a myriad of marketing success stories for brands like NLNG,TSKJ, and IGNIS

Jay joined bluelabs in 2006. As Bluelabs creative director - design, he is specialized in bridging positioning strategy and brand communication.
